Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Abhi SaaS Animation collects, why, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company, website, budget range and message.
- Payments: when you pay, our payment provider shares your name, email, the amount and the payment status with us. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
- Project materials: the screen recordings, logos and brand files you send us for your project.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. The site only uses the cookies needed to run it (for example, to keep our team signed in to our admin area).
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you quotes and payment requests.
- To produce and deliver your project.
- To keep accounting and tax records of payments.
Who we share it with
- Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to process payments, issue invoices and handle tax.
- Our hosting and email providers, only as needed to run the website and communicate with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Project materials are kept for the duration of the project and up to 12 months after delivery, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it (except records we must keep by law). Email abhisaasanimation@gmail.com.
