Refund Policy

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to every payment made through our payment links, including full payments and deposits, once the payment has been completed.

The reason is simple: as soon as a project is paid, we reserve production time for it and begin custom work (research, scripting, storyboarding, design and animation) that cannot be reused for anyone else.

What we do instead: revisions

Every standard project includes 2 rounds of revisions on the draft, so the final film matches the agreed brief. We also share the script and storyboard for approval before animation starts, so direction is agreed early.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same payment request, charged an amount different from the one shown on your payment page, or charged when your payment did not go through, that is an error and we will correct it in full. Email abhisaasanimation@gmail.com with your payment receipt and we will resolve it promptly.

Cancellations

You may stop a project at any time, but payments already made are not refunded. If you decide not to continue before paying, no charge is made.

Before you pay

Each payment page shows the project, the amount and a link to this policy, and asks you to confirm that you accept it before checkout. If anything is unclear, please contact us before paying.
