Terms of Service

1. Our services

We create custom motion-graphics advertisements for software products, apps and AI products. A standard project is a 20 to 30 second launch ad that includes a script, storyboard, motion design and animation, a voiceover, a licensed music track, sound design, a 16:9 master in up to 4K resolution and a 9:16 vertical version. The exact scope of each project is agreed in writing (by email or direct message) before payment.

We do not offer content subscriptions, user-generated content or batches of short videos.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices are quoted in US dollars per project. Our projects start at $1,500; the price of each project is the amount shown on its payment request. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

3. Payment

Payments are made through a secure payment link we send you. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions and handles payment processing, invoices and sales tax. We never see or store your card details. Work begins once the agreed payment has been received.

4. No refunds

Because every project is custom work produced for you, all payments are final and non-refundable. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always corrected. The full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. What we need from you

To produce your ad we need a screen recording that tours your product and shows its main features, your logo and brand colours where available, and a short description of your goal and audience. Timelines depend on receiving these materials and timely feedback.

You confirm that you own or have the right to use everything you send us (screens, logos, text, footage) and that we may use it to create your ad.

6. Timeline and delivery

A standard project is typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days after the script is approved. Final files are delivered digitally by download link. Delivery dates are estimates and may move if materials or feedback arrive late.

7. Revisions

Each standard project includes 2 rounds of revisions on the draft. A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. New scenes, a new script or extra versions after approval are quoted separately.

8. Ownership and usage rights

Once the project is paid in full, you receive the right to use the final delivered video for any commercial purpose, worldwide and without time limit, including on your website, social media, ads and app stores. Music and voice are licensed for use within your ad. Working files, project files and our tools remain ours.

We may show the finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels unless you ask us in writing not to.

9. Liability

We work carefully, but our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or results of advertising campaigns.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay a payment request applies to that project.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Abhi SaaS Animation is registered.
